SeaDetox is a new department within IDUM – The International Dialogue on Underwater Munitions –

IDUM is a non-governmental organization (NGO) founded 2004 in Canada, and established as a Dutch Foundation in The Hague. IDUM has worked intensively on creating political awareness and research opportunities in the space of munition threats and cleanup.

Since October 2020 SeaDetox is building a grass-roots movement with the goal of establishing wide-spread public knowledge about this global threat and its urgency, as well as raising funds to engineer solutions.

Our goal is to create scalable technology to clean up all oceans, lakes and rivers from all munitions.
